The Town of Ajax sent the Council a letter of thanks for handling Parking Control at the Audley Recreation Centre for the Winterfest event. The Corporate Festival & Events Coordinator for the Town of Ajax wrote “…. extend a HUGE thank you to you and your team for your help and support yesterday. The parking situation went very smoothly and that is part in parcel with the help of each of you. Thank you again – hope you get some well-deserved rest.” A big thank you to all the Knights who volunteered for this fund raising event and to Sir Ron Larock for organizing it.

The Town also invited the Knights to help with the Canada Day and Pumpkinville (Oct. 19) events!

Our Council has become the Go To organization for the Town’s Public Events which require Parking Control!

THANK YOU to all the Knights and their families who tolerated your absence while we assisted with Parking at this year’s Christmas Eve Masses

Thank you for your time and effort. We all had some nice moments to cherish that come from a cheery “Merry Christmas” and “Thank You for what you are doing to Help.” We received very positive and thankful comments from parishioners walking past us after parking or in driving away after stopping and asking for and receiving instructions.

For our Brothers who wanted to and were unable to attend this time, See you in the Parking Lot at Easter-2024!!!

Several Knights were lucky enough to win some of the door prizes.

This morning we had the privilege of visiting the ladies whose husbands have passed on to their Eternal Home.

As a reward, ten Brother Knights and two Ladies helped deliver Christmas Poinsettias to each one of them.

The widows were very thankful for this act of brotherhood and appreciated the visit by the Knights. A great well done and thank you to all Brother Knights and the two Ladies who volunteered.
